Chopsticks?

We took the girls out for Chinese food this evening. That led to this.

I fully admit that I could have another opinion if I could actually use chopsticks. I can’t help but wonder why anyone still uses them. We have forks, I can only assume its some elitist look at my cultured ass I can use chopsticks. I am left to make the following comparisons:

I can currently get on a moped and ride it back to the east coast, but I don’t because I have a car.

I could charter a Biplane to get me to Boston, but instead I buy a ticket on a big jet airliner.

I can go chop wood, put in a wood stove, stoke the fire for hours, and then cook something, but I just turn the knob on the gas stove and cook away.

I’ve often wondered about Charcoal Users, as I use Gas, and always have. There is a “flavor” thing they claim, that might be legit.

Anyhow, why use chopsticks when there is a perfectly good fork available to eat with.
